~Temple Stronger to Serve Him Longer!~
Group Fitness Instructors:
Stephanie Wier: Health and holiness is about loving. Loving God and loving yourself as He has made you. Through Him we are to strive to be the best possible version of ourself, no one else. We should not hold ourselves up to any other standard but His. He made us the way He wanted us. Pear shape, apple shape, hour glass, rectangle, etc. Eating and living healthy is more important than size. When we learn to take care of ourselves and love ourselves, we are honoring God and how He made us.

Taylor Zimmerman: "I really love the ATS fitness team's approach to holistic holiness. God calls us to not only be stewards of the minds and hearts that He has given us, but also to present our bodies as a living sacrifice. The ATS fitness team understands that when we train our body as well as our mind, we honor God and grow in holiness. I'm excited to be a part of a team that promotes wellness and holiness in all aspects of life."

Sarah Martin: My motto is #sheisstrong. I have a passion for helping women in finding their inner strength and outer strength. Fitness should be about the whole body, mind, and soul. I love leading at Asbury Seminary because it allows me to journey with them in their fitness journey and as they deepen their relationship with Christ.

Chassity Neckers: I believe health and holiness is important to everyone and something we work at everyday as we are mindful of our needs - physically, emotionally and spiritually. While I love group fitness, it is also only one part of the puzzle. We may not all be starting on our journey at the same mile marker but each of knows what it feels like to not be a good steward of our body, mind, and spirit. Our bodies are more receptive to the care we give them when we are actually listening instead of resisting.
