ATS Fitness presents the Spring Fitness Challenge!

February 23 - May 16, 2015
Sign-ups will begin the week of February 23rd in the Sherman Thomas Student Center!
When you sign-up, you will receive your first punch card and a FREE Workout Booklet with detailed training plans to help you improve your overall health in the areas of cardiovascular, strength, and flexibility that have been designed by our own ATS Fitness Certified Personal Trainers. This FREE Workout Booklet will guide you on your way to becoming a healthier you! The training plans will assist you in knowing where to start, encourage you to try group workouts, and keep you motivated to earn exciting rewards!
Every workout completed earns a punch on your challenge card! There are twenty punches on each card- five workouts each in the following categories: CARDIO, STRENGTH, GROUP, and STRETCH. The more workouts you complete, the more punchcards you fill up, the more rewards you earn!
1 card = ATS Fitness Water Bottle or Free Exercise Class
2 cards = ATS Fitness Under Armour Dry Fit Shirt
3 cards+ = Entry into grand prize drawing- a FitBit Activity Tracker! (retail value $100!)
This Spring Challenge runs 90 days to complete as many workouts as you want!
The more you move, the more you earn!

Group
- All Group Fitness Classes
- Intramural Sports games
